I use Grade 70 chains and ratchet binders. Each axle, right and left sides get a chain padded with a piece of rug. If you have your brake lines on the rear of the axles, they will never get hurt. Now, on long runs, I also have a chain and binder on each corner of the frame and bind it tight. This stops the PW from wallowing on its own suspension. My truck is tight in every respect and the trailer suspension handles the bumps.
