Speaking of poly engines got a problem with one

I've got a poly 318 that on which I replaced plugs, points and condensor, wires, cap, rotor and coil. It ran fine last week but today it would not start. Getting plenty of fuel, has spark nothing changed from last week when it ran. At a loss of what to do next. Compression is good only 995 miles on the engine.
