Adjusted the PW Cab to fit. Question??

Got the cab all shimmed and the steering column fell right in place. Still working on the Nose. Question is how close are the fenders supposed to be next to the cab? Is there a gap and is there a seal that goes in there between the cab and back part of the fender? The other question what order does the doors insides go back in. Is the glass part last? I wanted to put my doors on with out the glass installed first.
