It is done except for hooking up the air lines and welding the catch on the cross member. The catch will be 3/4" thick steel and about 4 inches long. On this air lock I will put the water proof interlock whisker switch against the latch so when it is locked the hydraulics won't work. It has to open to lift or lower the bed. Only $15.00 invested into the assembly. I will unbolt it to paint the frame and assembly but needed to know where to weld the catch on the frame cross member. If the bed is loaded heavy the catch will go away from the latch and not sit on it. Does not require air pressure to stay un/locked or locked.
