When Accelerating truck stumbles and I cannot figure out the issue.

Rebuilt carburetor, manifold vacuum pressure is 19lbs, new head gasket and no manifold or carb leaks. Truck starts easy and idles, but when applying gas it hesitates, stumbles then speeds up.
