The visor for the "new" B Series conventional trucks was available for sale here on April 22, 1948. It wasn't until November 20 that same year that Chryco started targeting sales of visors for the previous models. They were obviously not targeting the next 20 years of Power Wagons, or specifically the 2 years of Power Wagons already sold so they didn't care to get an accurate photo. They merely cropped the photo of this B Series one.
