First thing the doc said when he saw the Xrays was "Lots of joint space, you don't have arthritis. But holy ****, look at the calcium in those calf muscles!" I guess its from the muscle metabolic disease, probably calcium pyrophosphate, the pyro (pyrovate)comes out of dead muscle cells.

I'm drinking lots of OJ, hoping the citric acid washes some of the calcium out. It's also built up on heart valves giving me murmurs. The knee is painful, the calcium is scarey.
