Just checked mine and those 4 bolts were different then the other side. These have a deeper hole indent in the center of the bolt top and had a regular lock washer under them. I was very carful to put the same bolts back that were on those kind of parts since I don't have a repair manual for the PW end. This is on a 1948 PW front end.
