I am hoping that by taking off the 50ft will help me out. I got a good deal on the solid core because it's NOS that was special ordered about 10 years ago so I got it at the 10 year old price of 78 cents per ft. The first time I used it with all 250ft on it, things didn't go so well and I ended up getting it tangled in the clutch handle and fork. It did a number on them. I ended up buying a new handle and fork from Vintage PWs.
