I pulled a 72 day in a row on the Tripod Fire in WA. Longest single fire I was ever on. I would work 16 hours a day(allows 8 hrs sleep?) 14 days in a row and 2 off to clean me and the truck and back on the fire. Made for a great paycheck at $1,000.00 a day driving my Water Tender! I was ready to quit when the snow flew on that fire!
