My buddy who imported his, only had to file the customs paperwork (he doesn't recall the exact form ID), but he followed the instructions from the company that delivered/shipped his m715.
He had to go to to the customs office at the border crossing (at the time the truck was going to be brought into canada) with the US/State ownership/title, the declaration of its sale (bill of sale), a couple customs documents and then he had to pay taxes/duties on it.
He says the whole process took about an hour at the border, then he was clear to cross.
