No, it comes from Greg Smith Equipment, it's one of their Atlas lifts. This one is a 9000 lb asymmetric direct lift version with remote release.
It's not used heavily but it's been very useful. Hardest part is having the space, the garage was built specifically to have enough ceiling height to support it, but they do have shorter versions.
