You've got a NP201. I love 'em, as I think a transfer driven PTO is much more versatile than a transmission PTO (more speeds!) The M37 case will not mount the same way as the 201. Many of the internals are the same, but the rear output is in a different place. Yeah, I think the PTO's are worth that much. Some have shafts both front and rear, some only front. Also, some have a little oil pump to lube the gears, some don't. Rob
