Many folks drive around in the evening not realizing their DRL are not their headlights. On most vehicles DRL do not turn on the tail lights. I see this quite often, and it is worse on those vehicles that use the high beam DRL because they are like low beams at night from the driver's view.

I would assume this is what you were referring to re the quote above. If you are referring to something else, could you elaborate a bit please and make it more clear?
