The idea of a frame swiveling or pivoting in any axis is a very basic mechanical motion. This has been used and is used in many pieces of equipment throughout the world today. I don't see how the patent can still be limited to the original owner or what specific mechanical actions could keep others from building and marketing similar devices today. We does the owner of the patent have to say about this? I would like to hear from him on this as we are considering manufacturing a unit such as this ourselves. Chris Hartwig. Washington State
