possible that you might have injector pump problems. it also might be sucking a little air from some line. if it has a govener that might be a little confused and or broken. i dont know what year it is so i can only offer that . alot of the new new ones are electronic fuel injected buy a computer box. there are a few mobil mechanics in my area mabey a few in yours that can help you good luck
