Over a year and a half ago,someone asked me if it is possible to make a mold of a windshield frame. Given the size and the shape, it would not be reasonable.
I have been working on this sence then and have completed the shape in a straight form, about 36 inches long. My next step is working on the bends that fit against the cab and form the outside shape of the frame. By next week I should be ready to try this process.
If there is anybody out there that has done this kind of bending,I am eager to listen to all comments. The sooner the prototype is finished, the sooner the production frame will be available to everyone,even me who is restoring a 1950 B1 that was purchased from Dennis Sherman.
