ND NATO tires can be gotten used but cheap from Gensco (www.noflats.com or 1-800-no-flats) and most independent tire dealers can get them for about the same price as Denmans ($125-150 each). The set on my truck cost $45 each and they were the last and worse ones of the lot at about 50-75% tread.
Gensco primarily deals in aircraft tires remanufactured for agricultural use, they might have something for our favorite old Dodges, too.
