Found the truck with low miles and no brakes. We had all 4 drums cut, replaced wheels brake cylinders, rebuilt master cylinder. Brakes worked great for many miles, then they went away, absolutely nothing and master cylinder was low to empty on fluid. Checked all four wheel cylinders and no leaks. Master cylinder was rebuilt on advice of friends (?). Hydralic booster was changed and now I can't get the brakes to release. Pedal is rock hard and the front brakes are locked tight unless I release pressure at the wheel. Then when you hit the brakes the pedal is nothing until you hit it a second time and then they lock tight again. Any and all help is appreciated. Its my 16 year olds truck and he is almost as frustrated as his dad.
