I recently bought a 1969 W300. It has 20,xxx original miles on it, no rust, dents, tears, or cracks anywhere, all original keys and paperwork with it, pb, 318, and 435 four speed with single rear wheels. It had flat tires on the back and I took a couple of 8 hole wheels from my 85 Dodge W350 and put them on the back to load it up. They will not pull up to the drum--like they wont fit over the raised diameter on the face of the drum. Does it take a bit different wheel, or is it the "wheel too new syndrome" and the new wheels are for disc brake type applications. Someone help me out. If I order new white spokes and 11.00-16's are the wheels going to fit? Does anyone know of a 9' utiline bed hat will fit this truck in good condition? I know about Ted's in a previous post-any others? Did some of these trucks have 5 or six cab marker lights and some just 2, or has someone added a few to mine? What winch should this truck have come equipped with-tag says it had one originally? I also have a nice 1968 Kaiser M715 that I need to sell if anyone is interested or can head me to a good site to sell it on. Thanks.
