Horses way back when, like motor vehicles today, were a neccesity of life. If you could be shot dead or hung for horse rustling, the same should go for our cars. I live 35 miles from the carjack capital of the nation-Newark NJ. There is only one way to stop a person from ever trying to steal your car again...
