Back from the fires in Washington....

And what a mess it is! Spent Friday and Saturday in Brewester Complex, then reassigned North to Tonasket Complex. Just to let you all know, there was a '59 Dodge PG D500 firetruck working along side our '00 F550 Brush rig and doing a damm fine job. The driver took that thing up a hill that a newer 4x4 Chevy rig could not make it up. I guess he had a locker in the back or something, but he just put it in low 1 and walked right up that cat trail past the stuck Chev. Pretty fun to watch, I have pictures of the truck in staging I will post when I get them developed. :-)
