You can't win, Bill. "Made in USA" means nothing anymore. Filson clothing, a really old company in Seattle that made excellent clothes for loggers and outdoorsmen, now say their products are made in US from imported fabrics.
I looked at a wood splitter that said "Made in USA". It has a Honda motor. Now, I respect a lot of imported products, but the point is, it's really not made in USA if it is made WITH imported parts.
