Interesting bolt heads

Taking some bolts off that 218 I salvaged, I noticed the heads of the generator-mount bolts are taller than new ones and they're say "Rockford" in an arc around them, with the letter C or line arc under the word "Rockford" and then a single "A" underneath that. I'm familiar with the DP and DPCD markings, but have never seen anything like these. Do they mean anything to anybody?
