I am new to the forum and Power Wagon Community. I just bought a 1946 WDX with a 218 engine from a 1953 Plymouth car. The engine idles great and revs very well but has a flat spot when you feather the gas from idle. It has a '53 and up style carburetor and a mechanical advance distributor. Any ideas? Will this combination of carburetor and distributor work?
