1953 Pilot house Dodge truck

I have a line on a 1953 Pilot House Dodge firetruck. It looks to be about a 1.5/2 ton truck, been stored inside it's entire life. 5500 actual miles, body, seat, interior nearly perfect, steering wheel isn't even cracked. Flathead six with dual carbs and a split exhaust manifold. The engine is stuck, the head gasket failed, and the middle two cylinders appear to have coolant in them. I can get pictures, any thoughts on a fair price?
