Looking for a Good Flare Tool

Over the years I've bought several flare tools to make inverted brake flares, and none of them have done a good job. My main complaint is that the flare is often oblong, and the outside of the tube is often chewed up. Anyone have a recommendation for a good flare tools. Price is a factor, but I'll spend good money for a good tool.
