I striped a 2002 Dodge Cummins Ram 2500 down to nuts and bolts. There is around 100 screws to strip the dash down! I have bags of spare bolts for our 2005 Dodges. The dash is hard to get off and the vent part is how you can do it with out removing the windshield. I got the plastic out with out lowering the dash metal but it is tight. If you think that is bad try to get the heater core out!! Total joke I ended up using a SawsAll to cut it out and ruined the AC Hoses. The Vent Doors suck when they stop working. I added a duct hose into the defroster off the heater outlet cause they quit on her 2005??? Not tearing out the dash to fix it!
