sloppy hinge pin fixes

Ok so the hinges on my doors are sloppy. The holes are hogged out on the part of the hinge that is weld to the door.
I could weld and red rill but how do you drilling the right place?
Any other tricks that do not take 3 weeks and a special part ordered from the states?
