Got somewhat of a Brake Pedal Now?

Got the pedal to take after a good vacuum of the system for air. Put the residual 10 lb valves in. Takes a couple pumps still to get a firm pedal. So I need to adjust them more. I took them up to just dragging but I think the linings need to break into the drums to fit better. I must be touching on just some high points. Now that I can get a pedal should I lock them up some and drive to seat them into the drum or just take them up to they drag good and drive some??
