Note that if the flywheel is to be removed that some flywheels have the nuts on the clutch side of the flywheel, where others have the nuts on the crank side. The crank side ones are difficult to access and more difficult to re-torque, often needing to remove the pan and rear main bearing cap for reasonable access. There's also a way to remove the clutch housing with flywheel in place but you need to pull the engine to do it.
