You may have a bent knuckle steering arm, drag link tube, or steering arm. Should go end-to-end. You did have a problem with the steering tube not lining up in the cab, that got fixed?
Steering arm fits one way on the steering gear. Adjust using the right tie rod end. Adjustment 1/16 to 1/8 toe-in.
