U-Bolt Removal?

Hey guys,

I'm in the middle of replacing my front springs and got both of the spring hanger bolts out and the nuts off the u-bolts but the u-bolts were frozen in place. I ended up cutting them off. However, 3 of them remain in the bottom perch. I can't hammer them out.

I've tried heating them with a torch, nothing. I'm looking at cutting them flush with the perch and drilling them out.

I thought I would check with you guys for any suggestions? It's weird, one of them came right out, the rest are STUCK!
