Yep, I have everything for putting it all in (balanced flywheel, box mount, water pump, etc.), but the only thing I haven't made/bought/gotten ready is the pump mount for the 360. I have the bracket, but Ray's pics and instructions aren't 100 percent transparent for the WDX-style modification. I know it's a simple "cut and weld" deal, but his head-on pic of the modified bracket is the one for the M37.

Other than that, I just need a centered rear (the one I have is no good, as the threads on one spindle are shot and I can't find anyone to fix it for less than $900), and a good Saginaw steering box... I have a used one, but it's shot (not rebuildable) and new ones are apparently non-existent now. If I can gather those last couple of parts, it's all ready to drop in, including hydroboost disc brakes. I've just decided to put new seals and glass in the truck, then drive it. I've almost finished a 1969 VW Beetle that's taken me five years, and honestly, I don't have another complete restoration/restification/modification in me. I'm burnt-out, and the desire to work on things has left. As much as I wish I could have a Dan Mininger-caliber truck, it's never going to happen. I'd rather just finish up whatever's been started and be done with it. 'Tis what it 'tis.
