I was meaning to ask if that's what he was using. It seems like a good way to keep the dust down, but it must not work as well as dry, or all the big shops would use it.
I agree with Bruce on the electrolytic method. I use it for everything that will fit in a container. The problems are with things that are too big, or with things that have inside pockets that the current can't get to. Also, it can make springs more brittle, so I never electrolyze springs. It would be great to do a whole frame that way. Maybe if one lived by a lake and could submerge the whole thing? Bet the fish wouldn't like it, though.
