"Normal" Vacuum Readings for a 230?

What should I see on my vacuum gauge at idle on my 230 motor? I've read anywhere from 15 to 20 psi? What is optimum, if there is such a thing? My odometer reads just shy of 50k miles and is thought to be true.

How about cruise?
