That is how I was going to do it. Same style gauge. Got it for $10.00 new off ebay. Got 2 of them one for my big aquarium pump so I know when to clean it. Your engine looks nice! Vacuum is great for finding problems. I also upgraded to a 40K Flame Thrower Coil 1.5 ohm so I can make it do low or high voltage for hotter spark still using the points which I like. I am going to make my own bolt on heat shield for the fuel pump plus put high temp insulation on the fuel lines. This could be changed back easy for the next owner if they wanted. I can still have fun and not put a bigger engine in.
