GOVT. is screwed. They will try anything to get a buck. Here in Ca, there was an overcharge on Vehicle Lic. Fees. The State was going to mail check until it figured it would cost to much to process. So they just deducted the ammount from your next registration bill. Simple enuff. Mine was deducted last June , guess what I got in the mail two weeks ago. And the Left hand didn't know.
