This is a US government surplus sale. These trucks have been returned to the US government.

If these had been provided under Lend/Lease or a Military Assistance Program and been sold directly to you rather than returned to the US government, you could not import them. Since they have been returned and you are purchasing them from DRMO there should be no restrictions (other than DOT safety and pollution control type issues).

The Department of State is responsible for these Lend/Lease and Military Assistance Program issues, but only seems to get involved when the BATF does for armored vehicles.
