Timing Chain Case Cover Centering Tool

I'm trying to fix an oil leak on my 230 timing chain case cover. The 1960 Dodge manual specifies tool No. C-522 as the tool needed to center the oil seal on the crankshaft before tightening the chain case cover. Does anyone out there know if such a tool is still manufactured, and if so, where I might find one? Or, is there a reasonable substitute? I tried researching it, but came up empty. Any other tips would be appreciated.
