WANT 318 ENGINE NORTHEAST

I found a 318 engine back in February that a well known PW Source has. Since then either he is not available or wont keep an appointment to pick up the engine. I cant wait any longer. Thus; I am looking for running or rebuildable (no seized engines) 318 A (perfered) or a 318 LA with a hydraulic clutch bell housing. I would also like to find a NP 435 or NP 445 tranny with left PTO port. Engine and Tranny must be in the Northeast so I can pick up.
