Rear PTO shaft

Anyone have a rear PTO on their PW that extends the (PTO drive) shaft to or beyond the rear of the truck? Where did you find a shaft long enough to get to the rear, or did you make it youself? Do you use any type of brace or support (with bearings?) along the shaft or at the end. I have a rear PTO with a water pump mounted just behind and under the cab that I want to remove (just the water pump) and want to extend the PTO connection to the the rear of the truck to drive a (quick connect)hydraulic pump that attaches behind the bumper. I am not mounting the hydraulic pump/tank on the PW. Any tips on extending the PTO drive shaft welcome and appreciated. Thanks!
