Cost To Sand Blast Dodge Frame

I got a quote of $2650 to blast and paint the frame on my 1995 Dodge 3500 Cummins. The price included removing the bed, 5th wheel hitch, running boards, bumpers, gas tank and protecting stuff that could be damaged by the sand. Doing the entire frame with the cab on. Finally, re-assembling everything. In anyone's experience is this a fair price?
