There is a product made by International Coating (AKZO NOBEL) called Chartek 7 that the offshore petrochemical industry and uses. Its expensive but has a 4-hour fire rating on a 10mm application can be applied using a trowel.
A dual kit costs $250.00 and will cover 100 Sq Ft.
