OT M101A3 trailer

Hey guys, just bought an M101A3 military trailer, love these things, i had an A2 and regretted selling it but the A3 is even better.
it has 19" of clearance under the center of the axle, and enough room between the wheel wells for 4 ft material.

it does need a new wheel cyl, anybody know where to get a repair manual and parts?
looks like chevy backer plates so i guess the brakes are too?????
