I got the shaft out of the winch case. Thanks for the advice. Gonna start cleaning it all up and get all the exterior parts ready to blast.

Sent a few bumper parts off to Mike in Ventura to straighten for me. Then Ill get the bumper all put together on the truck and add the winch later, like you did.
