I am trying to test mine as well and I have a new 2 terminal sending unit and a couple of gauges. I connected everything per the schematic but I go 0 movement of the gauge and i am questioning my set up. Which terminals on the gauge are 6v and which are for the resistor. I assume if you short the resistor terminals the gauge will peg in one direction and open peg in the other.
