make cab ride better

I am taking a 200 mile road trip with my girlfriend in my 49 power wagon. I love how it rides but I want her to be comfortable in it as well. I was going to replace the wood floor blocks. Also I am getting the seat redone. I plan on putting the noise dampner material in the cab before I put up the new headliner. Since my truck is 30 miles away from me now is there other cab mounts that I could replace?? Anyone got any good ideas let me know. Thank you
