Bill. I have an earlier Pre-64 model 70 that I love. I also have a Win. model 54, which was made somewhere between 1925 and 1935. It's the forerunner to the model 70. Both are .30 '06.
But I always thought rifle hunting was illegal in most of the eastern states. Is that not true in PA?
