Looking for an Odd-Ball Brake Fitting

I'm looking for a brake line tee that has 1/4" inverted flare (7/16-24) fittings on the ends and 1/8" NPT in the center port. This is so I can mount my brake light switch. No one seems to have them, I checked McMaster-Carr, Summit Racing, and the web in general. Any leads?
